"I had been online looking at car insurance. Unfortunately, I didn’t know. I had used a third-party website to look at possible quotes and State Farm was one of those. Today while I was driving I received a phone call from this 423 number which I looked up. When I answered the phone because I didn’t know who it was, They said my name and talk to me like they knew me and I said who is this please? And they said it is so good to talk to you today. I hope you’re having a great day. This is Cameron. And I said what company are you with please? And they never answered me and said what don’t you just have the most loveliest attitude! And hung up.. First and foremost, I already found car insurance, But until I just now researched the phone number if you have a Cameron working in your office that is not the right way to go about it. All they would’ve had a sad was this is State Farm… There are so many scammers out there that record your voice and they want you to say “yes” When they say your name and they record it so that they can scam you. I wasn’t being rude at all.. but completely unnecessary and just ridiculous."

"I called state farm and asked if I purchased a new vehicle am I covered under my roommates policy they responded yes I was Covered so I purchased a new motorcycle and had a accident on my way home. Called state farm back to file a claim and I was denied because state farm doesn't consider a two wheeled motorcycle a vehicle, and NTSB considers a two wheeled motorcycle a new vehicle. The agent should have informed me that the policy doesn't cover two wheeled motorcycles. Will never use state farm they don't know anything about there own insurance. So now I'm stuck with severe pain from the accident, and a lot of medical bills and a wrecked motorcycle I can't afford to fix. Thanks state farm."
